FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to help you feel ready, whether you’re booking your first session or just curious.

Who is it for?
It’s for you if you want a new relationship with yourself — if you want to decrease stress, boost your mood, quiet your mind, or just want to relax and feel more confident. It’s for anyone ready to break through old patterns.
Who is it not for?
Biofield Tuning is contraindicated for cancer patients, those in end-of-life care, pregnant women, and pacemaker users, and isn’t advised for anyone who is extremely ill, since it can trigger a strong detox response. As the body releases tension, toxins held in constricted tissue are released as well. Full cautions and guidance.
How should I prepare for a session?
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can relax without interruption. Have water or tea nearby, keep a blanket within reach, and allow yourself space to simply settle in and receive.
What might I notice during a session?
Every session is different. Some people notice physical sensations: tingling, warmth, a shift in their breathing or a strong emotional release. Others feel very little in the moment, and that’s okay too — the work can still be deeply supportive.
What should I do after a session?
Drink plenty of water: a session activates your cells, and they need water to rehydrate afterward. An Epsom salt bath or foot soak is also a great way to support you afterwards — the salt water helps the body ground, while the warmth supports relaxation, circulation, and the softening of tension. Beyond that, just rest, keep some spaciousness in your schedule, and let everything integrate. This is also why it’s best to keep it to one session a week.
What is your cancellation policy?
I offer full refunds within 48 hours of booking, and free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session. Each session takes time to prepare, so I have to charge late cancellations or missed appointments in full.
