ABOUT

Underneath the noise, you already have your own harmony.

Hi, I’m Joy.

I was the kid who couldn’t sleep in the city and could only breathe out in the woods. Overstimulated, overwhelmed, agitated — nobody had a word for it then, so I just thought I was too sensitive. Looking back, I know what it was: I’ve been electromagnetically sensitive since I can remember, and I spent years being flooded by a field I didn’t know how to read.

The first thing that ever actually grounded me was cold water. In 2020 I did a Wim Hof camp in Poland — ice baths, breathwork — and something clicked into place that nothing else had. It pulled me into martial arts, which taught me the rest: how to build strength (muscle mass protects you from EMF too), how to hold a boundary, how to actually live in a body instead of just carrying one around. I believe in the healer-warrior archetype — you have to be strong enough to hold space before you can hold it for anyone else.

I’d always used art to get what I felt out too — I have a fine arts diploma, and painting was my first language for anything words couldn’t hold. But art can only give shape to what you’re already aware of. What I’d buried wasn’t something I could paint, because I didn’t even know it was there.

Then in 2024, a stranger in Missouri held a tuning fork near my field over a video call, and everything I’d spent years not looking at came up at once.

I’m serious by nature, and for a long time that meant bottling things up. Turns out the body doesn’t forget what you decide not to feel — anger, grief, guilt, resentment, fear I couldn’t even name anymore, all of it had just been sitting there as static, distorting my signal. That one session didn’t explain any of it to me. It just let it move. That’s what sent me to train as a practitioner myself. And the awareness didn’t stop there — the more I tuned, my own field and others’, the more I kept noticing what I’d been holding back, what still needed attention.

I’ve been learning ever since — from other tuners, from the sound itself, from every field I’ve worked with since. What I believe now is simple: underneath the noise, you already have your own harmony. My work is just to help you hear it again.

If any of this sounds familiar: the noise you can’t place, the things you’ve stopped letting yourself feel — reach out to me and let me help you find your way back to your own signal. I work remotely, so wherever you are, all you need is a quiet place to lie down and ninety minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
